Last year, Samsung Electronics, TSMC and Intel have made several high-profile and important statements. The world is on the verge of another breakthrough, the value of which cannot be overestimated. In February, TSMC announced that passes to the next development stage of the technological process of 5 nm FinFET using extreme ultraviolet testing and debugging of production lines.
